The King of Love: a choral sacred music concert

Join the Traditional Choir os St. Cyril of Alexandria for a presentation of a variety of sacred choral music from early to modern in this annual event. Come hear works by Dan Forrest, Luke Rosen, Ola Gjeilo, Edward Bairstow, Gabriel Fauré and others, including original music by director and accompanist Adam Vincent Clay. The music reflects the theme of love, and the many ways we perceive and experience love deeply in the context of religion. From sacrificial love, to warm and embracing love, to love as a statement of faith: this music truly encompasses the gamut of our notions of the virtue. We hope the music will draw us closer to the truth of what is means for our Creator to be the King of Love.
