Love’s Philosophy

Love encompasses many emotions that range from joy, anger, longing, and whimsical. Houston Cecilia will explore Love’s Journey through the works of Eric Whitacre, Morten Lauridsen, Claude Debussy, Castelnuovo-Tedesco, and more in a program sung in English, Spanish, French, Korean, and Hebrew. Love’s Philosophy concludes with Whitacre’s Five Hebrew Love Songs capturing lush, romantic moments accompanied by violin and piano, and directed by Gonzalo Ramos.
