A favorite work of Pergolesi as re-imagined by Bach, with German text and expanded orchestral accompaniment. Soprano Renee Rybolt and countertenor Michael Skarke, featured soloists in Harmonia Stellaru’s acclaimed performance or Pergolesi’s original Stabat Mater in early 2023, will again be part of this stellar ensemble featuring Bach’s adaptation.
